I joined airbyte to build the product marketing function. after refining our corporate narrative, it was time to launch airbyte 2.0. A milestone, multifaceted moment that met customer demands head on.

Airbyte 2.0 marked the company’s evolution from a popular open-source connector project into a true enterprise data movement platform — faster, more reliable, and built for scale. The launch introduced Enterprise Flex, Data Activation, improved platform speed, and a re-architected plan portfolio. As PMM Lead, I owned the launch narrative and GTM motion. I translated technical new product introduction and features into a cohesive, simple and compelling platform story. I aligned product, growth, and sales around positioning, structured the launch campaign and rollout plan, equipped the field with messaging and sales assets to help existing and prospective customers understand not just what changed — but why it mattered strategically for modern data teams and software teams building in the AI era.
